what is fms?

FMS and the Functional Movement Screen . . .
(A professional and more scientific
approach to achieving your goals)

The FMS Screen takes about a half hour to complete and it does not require intense physical exertion. It simply measures your basic movement patterns and your ability to stabilize your body in different positions. After the screen, the data can be used to more specifically identify the correct approach to your new exercise program.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Let us more scientifically identify your weak links and apply exercise in order for you to truly be stronger. With this approach you will increase mobility and stability, reduce the risk of injury as you increase resistance. Ultimately you will feel better and get results.

Marc Salerno is absolutely the best trainer I have ever been to. His knowledge of the human body, exercise, and their interaction is phenomenal. Every session I learned something new, improved my performance, and progressed forward. I had hand surgery and Marc knew exactly how to continue with my program while protecting my hand. Marc also is involved in the community and gives back in so many ways. A truly giving and generous man.

Marc is a lifesaver, literally. When I first went to Marc a few years ago I was a mess. My back prevented me from standing strait up and even picking up my small children was challenging at times. Marc gave me the insight into what my problem was and worked with me to strengthen those core areas that impacted my back. Within a few months the problems were gone. While he may not have a Ph.D., he is definitely a doctor of the human body. His passion about what he does gets results.
